Growing and consuming organic foods, known as green cuisine because of its inherent respect for the environment, is becoming more and more popular. Green cuisine uses organic products that have no artificial additives, preservatives or colorings, and which are made in a sustainable way that respects the environment and the life cycle.
With organic products popping up everywhere, wine had to become part of the trend. You can find ecofriendly wines in practically all specialty wine stores. Nevertheless, we must mention that wine that is 100 percent organic doesn't exist because, although grapes can be grown organically, the wine production process uses industrial or chemical ingredients.
